* Accepted abstracts will be published in a special journal issue, while videos will be showcased in a dedicated section of the LASRA Internacional website.

2. Early Bird fee guarantee

The presenting author keeps the Early Bird fee when the abstract is submitted during the Regular Phase.

Since acceptance notifications for the Regular Phase come after the Early Bird deadline, the Early Bird registration fee will be honored for the presenting author when the submission was entered during the Regular Phase.

This benefit is specifically available to the author or authors traveling to present the work, as defined in the abstract submission form, regardless of who first submitted it online.

3. Rules for submission

Clear English · Registered author · Maximum 3 abstracts · Original, unpublished data

All abstracts must be submitted and presented in clear English with proper grammar and spelling suitable for publication. The presenting author must ensure all co-authors are aware of the content before submission.

Submission indicates acceptance of publication on the Congress website and in the Congress journal supplement. Only abstracts submitted by registered authors will be included in the final program. Each person may submit up to three abstracts and serve as presenting author for no more than three.

The Scientific Committee will assign the top-scoring abstracts to poster presentation sessions; the remainder will be displayed on screens during breaks. All submissions must contain original data and statements such as “data will be discussed in the presentation” will not be accepted. Work rejected by another congress may be submitted, but previously presented work cannot be submitted to WCRAPM 2027.
